A reseller and breeder of puppies who come mainly from Belarus and Russia she has a history of selling from unscrulpturous breeders who don't test on heritage diseases and overvalue the pups they sell in bulk and also way too young ilegally imported.

 

Often the puppies haven't been vaccinated correctly and have lots of defects. The city took it pretty serious as her Belgium HK business number has been revoked and she isn't even allowed to sell animals legally anymore.
