Irina Surutkina

Owner of kennel Asuria Ros based in Moscow, Russia
On the outside you would think this is a pretty good breeder. She has her own kennel name yet in Russia that isn't complicated to get. There aren't real control points or health inspections. What does stand out is that she has many puppies available at nearly every moment of the year and that she works with resellers. A reverse image search can come in handy but it takes a lot of research to find all the pictures and names accosiated. It's a real labyrinth out there and that is what makes it easy for breeders to avoid confrontation. Pomqueens in the Netherlands does sell her puppies from time to time and breeders who work with resellers aren't trustworthy most of the time. A good breeder has a waiting list even in her own country. The prices are very different at Pomqueens as they are when you talk to Irina directly.

Irina doesn't take the import laws serious at all and she doesn't like to bargain yet if I want a better price it doesn't take long for her to give me a new estimate. She does seem worried about the small dog to get trampled between the ''others'' in delivery. Well in my experience that means she already had that happening on some occasions. If I am worried about the passport she admits that I should just buy it of some courier. Another one expressing how easy it is to buy fake dog passports from couriers who are the main forgers apparently. She only uses the multi vaccines and those aren't allowed in all the countries but she replies it doesn't matter ''the courier will take care of everything.''
