Breeders that are ethical will not need a sales person to sell their dogs abroad. There will be waiting lists and careful screenings of where the puppy will end up. Yulia doesn't seem to care too much as long as she gets her price. Her dogs will be sold by Pomqueens for at least the double price that she will be charging them.
