Story of Minnie by Monique Leebeek
Her personal experience with Pomeranian Droom

Here is the story of my daughter's Minnie the dwarf (also a bit of mine) 🤣 My daughter no longer has FB so I might do it for her and dear Minnie ❤️ 7.5 years ago my daughter bought her Pomeranian at Pomeranian Dream in Emmen. She was very small, 850 grams at 6 months. When I picked her up I was given Codaine pills. But I wasn't really looking for anything behind this. When I got home she was coughing really bad when she stopped taking the pills, the vet said kennel cough but unfortunately antibiotics didn't work. Multiple pieces of evidence showed that the kennel cough was so neglected that it lodged in the lungs causing permanent damage. That is why a normal course of antibiotics no longer helped. When she got very bad diarrhea, this was Giardia from the litter. Because she was so small she needed to be admitted and this was very dangerous for her. She was already weak from the neglected kennel cough and had to be admitted in a hospital. She only just managed to cope and was then almost gone. Then came her first attack at 6.5 months, she screamed in pain. We didn't know why this was to what and done every investigation we could. In the meantime, she also started to walk poorly and suffered from patella luxation in both her legs. After further investigations, we eventually ended up in Utrecht. A CT scan showed that she has hydrocephalus, a deformed skull, severe form SM2 and CM1. The serious thing of all is that the middleman Minnie came from (Pomeranian droom) who is still going on. Doing the exact same as she did back then, these people need to be stopped. There are still countless sick dogs coming from Russia and the poor animals are suffering. watch where you buy, you just don't want this for the animal, not after everything we have been through with our Minnie. And still experience 😢😢
